Outdoor wall light Rex coffee 25 cm, 2-light coffee Ideal Lux

Ideal Lux Rex outdoor wall light combines a compact profile with light distribution suited to outdoor areas. The coffee finish adds a warm, understated note to the wall, while the simple form suits modern architectural settings without visually weighing down the façade.

The powder-coated die-cast aluminium body is paired with a white acrylic diffuser. This combination creates a clean-lined fitting for anyone looking for a functional wall light that coordinates easily with cladding, window frames and outdoor furnishings in neutral or natural tones.

Rex uses an E27 bulb up to 60 W, supplied separately. Light is emitted both directly and indirectly, providing useful illumination for entrances, passageways, balconies, terraces and veranda walls. The light effect enhances the surface behind the fitting and helps make the area in front of it easier to see.

Measuring L 25 x H 12 x D 13 cm, this wall light takes up little space and can be installed singly or alongside other Rex collection lights. Its IP54 rating suits sheltered outdoor areas protected from the most exposed conditions, such as covered entrances, porticos and terrace walls.

The coffee finish pairs well with light-coloured walls, stone-effect surfaces and details in wood or dark metal. It provides functional lighting for a home, hospitality venue or commercial space while keeping the look neat and contemporary.

Usage advice

Wall lights are usually installed 160-180 cm above the floor; placed in pairs beside a mirror, they provide even light on the face. With an IP54 protection rating, this light suits humid areas such as bathrooms or sheltered outdoor locations, away from direct water jets. It takes an E27 bulb, up to 60 W: an LED bulb provides good light while using little energy. Bulbs are not included and must be purchased separately. It is not dimmable: brightness depends on the bulbs installed. Disconnect the power supply before installation; if you are unsure about the connection, ask an electrician to carry it out.

Cleaning and maintenance

Before cleaning, switch off the lamp, isolate the electrical supply and allow the surfaces to cool. Dust the metal with a dry cloth; avoid acidic or abrasive products that could damage the finish. To change a bulb, wait until it has cooled and do not exceed the maximum wattage shown on the label.
