Nostalgia 9-light black pendant light Ø 132 cm Maytoni

The Maytoni Nostalgia pendant light brings a wide, distinctive lighting composition above the table or into the centre of the room. With a diameter of 131.5 cm, it suits settings where the light needs a strong presence, while its articulated structure complements the interior without making it feel heavy.

The black metal frame is arranged around nine light points with E14 sockets. The series’ matt blown-glass spheres help create soft, pleasant diffusion, while the asymmetric arrangement adds movement to the composition. The result is a pendant light for anyone seeking central lighting with a clear decorative character that pairs easily with a range of interior styles.

A balanced presence above the table and dining area

Nostalgia can be positioned above a dining table, in a spacious living room or at the centre of a kitchen with an island. The nine E14 bulbs create layered light from several sources distributed along the frame; the stated power is 40 W. The light does not include an LED source and requires compatible bulbs, selected according to the desired lighting effect.

With an adjustable height between 58.6 and 92.8 cm and a diameter of 131.5 cm, the pendant light should be assessed in relation to both the size of the surface to be lit and the clearance from walkways. Its black profile pairs with wooden tables, dark surfaces, contemporary interiors and arrangements where glass and metal work together discreetly. The Nostalgia series provides a central feature that defines the social area with distributed light and an original form.

Usage advice

For a pendant light above a table, start with 70-80 cm between the tabletop and the lowest point of the light, then adjust the cable according to the ceiling height. This is an indoor light (IP 20): do not install it in a bathroom near a bath or shower, or outdoors. It requires 9 bulbs with E14 sockets rated at a maximum of 40 W W; choose bulbs with the same colour tone and power so that the light points match. Bulbs are not included and must be purchased separately. It cannot be dimmed: the intensity depends on the bulbs fitted. Installation must be carried out with the power disconnected and, if you have no experience, by an electrician.

Cleaning and maintenance

Carry out all work with the light switched off, cool and disconnected from the mains. Clean the metal parts with a dry or slightly damp cloth, without abrasive sponges or harsh detergents. When replacing a bulb, wait until the old one is cool and observe the stated maximum wattage.
